Summer Moments, Lasting Inspiration
Some summer memories stand out a little extra—not just for the fun we have, but for the inspiration they leave behind.
One of my favourites this year was watching the National Bank Open with one of my daughters. The energy, the atmosphere, and being able to share that moment together made it unforgettable.
And while we didn’t see the final match in person, the results were just as inspiring: Canadian teen Victoria Mboko outlasted tennis champion Naomi Osaka to claim the title. A powerful reminder that determination, grit, and self-belief can take you further than anyone expects—no matter your age.
As a leader in the mortgage industry, I see that same drive in my clients every day. Whether it’s purchasing a first home, investing in a vacation property, or planning for the future, success doesn’t come overnight. It comes from preparation, focus, and the persistence to keep moving forward—even when the odds feel high.
Summer memories like this remind me that wins—big or small—aren’t just moments to celebrate. They’re sparks of inspiration that fuel our own journeys.
Here’s to the moments that remind us what’s possible, and to the goals we achieve when we believe in ourselves.
