From thought-provoking sessions to those spontaneous hallway chats that spark new ways of thinking, every moment was filled with knowledge and collaboration.
My wife and I are coming home with fresh strategies, stronger relationships, and a renewed energy to serve our clients with the very best insights our industry has to offer.
A Hall of Fame Milestone
One of the highlights of the week was being recognized as a Champion in the Dominion Lending Centres Hall of Fame. 🏆
This recognition celebrates peak performers in our industry, but to me, it’s really about something bigger: the trust of clients, the support of colleagues, and the teamwork that makes it all possible. I’m deeply grateful for this milestone—and even more motivated to keep delivering at the highest level.
Relationships That Matter
Beyond the sessions and recognition, the true strength of #DLCGInspire2025 was in the people. From great conversations with Nicholas Iacovelli, Director of Regional Sales in Quebec, to connecting with our very own Amanda Walczyk—an invaluable part of our Ontario team—to catching up with David Mayrand, it was clear once again that relationships are what make this industry thrive.
The conference was a reminder that while strategies and market insights matter, it’s the people behind them—their passion, collaboration, and dedication—that create lasting impact.
Looking Ahead
As the conference wrapped up, I left with both appreciation and excitement. Appreciation for the colleagues and clients who continue to make this industry such a dynamic, rewarding place to be. And excitement to put new ideas into action, to better serve our clients, and to keep growing alongside this inspiring community.
